The brewery that served as Terrapin's home for nearly two decades closes September 25. Here is what happened inside those walls, and an open invitation to one last pint.
Hi John! So good to hear from you, thanks to a friend who shared this post. Roger and I were there at that 2002 Brewfest when Terrapin was introduced, and we have been fans ever since. One of our first tours was led by Spike, and we always enjoyed seeing you, Irena, and the kids at the brewery. We have been following the news, so we knew about shutting down production, but thought the taproom would remain open, at least for the immediate future. It will be a huge loss to the Athens community. We will be there on the 25th! ❤️🍻
